Services
Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy
Within the therapy room, a safe space is cultivated for you to share your story and for us to explore how we can best support your needs. Each of these types of therapy will explore the various dynamics within your unit.
60-90 mins | In-person or Online
Children Play Therapy
Children use play as their language to best express themselves when they have not fully developed their verbal communication. The play therapy approach used will depend on your child’s personal needs.
45 mins/session | Sessions arranged by cycles
Third Culture Kid (TCK) Debriefing
Debriefing is a valuable resource for guiding those who have experienced transitions in their lives, whether it is moving to a location with a different culture from your parents’ culture or stepping into a different life stage. TCKs experience many changes in their developmental years, which may affect their levels of anxiety and stress. This in turn can affect their mental health and ability to express their emotions. Debriefing is a way to facilitate a safe space to process those experiences and emotions through activities.
120-180 mins | For individual or family unit
TCK Debriefing Workshop
These workshops are designed with debriefing activities for bigger groups of TCKs within an organisation, camps, or conferences according to their age groups (e.g., children, adolescents, young adults). Working through activities together can provide a space with other peers who understand one another’s experiences. It also gives them opportunities to gain new perspectives as they listen to one another and process topics related to their identity or benefits and challenges of being a TCK. Debriefing themes can be discussed within the consultation.
